DRW Performance Billet 7075 clutch baskets are now available for the 1987-2004 Warrior 350 and 2005-2013 Raptor 350

Comes with the 3 bolts and clutch basket. Requires reuse of a oem clutch basket gear, backing plate, spacers and backlash washers.

Installation instructions are as follows. Photos are numbered to the steps.

Photo #1 drill the OEM rivet head on the oem basket from the inside to prevent damage to the gear or backing plate.

#2 once the rivets are removed use caution as there are pieces you can drop. 

#3 disassemble and clean the gear, 6 springs, 3 spacers, backing plate and the 2 large washers (shown is 4, 4B) 

#4-4B The large washers are different. One is convex shaped, one is flat.

#5 install the large flat washer into the Pocket on the gear side of the clutch basket.

#6 install the convex washer on top of the flat washer so as the inside diameter is raised away from the basket.

#7 install and reassemble the springs, gear and the 3 bolt spacers. The springs will also slide into the pockets on the clutch basket.

#8 in stall the backing plate and aline the spacers underneath with the threaded bolt holes in the clutch basket.

#9 Apply thread locker to the 3 provided m8 bolts. (red loctite shown) 

#10 install the 3 m8 bolts provided and hand tighten all 3 till snug. Then torque to 10ftlbs each then the final 21ftlbs. 

#11 when installing the center bushing never install it dry. Always use a small amount of oil to prolong the life of your new clutch basket assembly.

Now the blutch basket assembly goes back in the motor the exact same as the oem. No clearance issues or special steps. It is ready to go.
